An agreement has been reached between the Oakland Raiders and the Green Bay Packers Director of Football Operations Reggie McKenzie to hire him as the Raiders new General Manager.  McKenzie will have to finish out the season with the Packers, of course, as they are still in the play offs.  
McKenzie is no stranger to the silver and black being he was drafted by the Los Angeles Raiders from the University of Tennesse as a linebacker 1985 in the 10th round.  He played for the Los Angeles Raiders from 1985 until 1988.  He also played for the San Francisco 49'ers in 1992.
A press conference is to take place on Tuesday, January 10th at the Alameda facility.  The Green Bay Packers have allowed him to attend the press conference Tuesday.
